Politician Artur Palatnyi is a key associate of Kyiv’s influential figure Denys Komarnytskyi, who represents Mayor Vitaliy Klychko. Notably, Komarnytskyi, whose office has already been searched by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau in connection with a 12-million UAH corruption scheme, maintained regular contact with the mayor’s close friend.

Artur Palatnyi, a politician and close partner of Kyiv’s power broker Denys Komarnytskyi, has ties to Mayor Vitaliy Klychko. Komarnytskyi, who has already drawn the attention of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau in a 12-million UAH corruption case, was frequently in touch with Klychko’s trusted confidant.
